“My name is Angela Wynne and I love photography. Before I decided to make my living from this art-form, I always took pictures and was always fascinated by them. You know how it feels when you look at a photograph, sometimes from years ago and suddenly, you're sliding down the time-track, finding yourself right back at the precise moment that the image was captured. You remember, the place, the people and how happy you felt. This, to me, is the magic and power of photography.
I prefer to photograph people. I love to reveal their uniqueness and individuality in the image. Much of my work is based on portraiture, weddings, portfolios and occasionally, fashion |

I have travelled around the world, met and lived amongst many different people and sampled their cultures. This, more than anything, has shaped my personality and allowed me to be at ease with myself and others.
It has allowed me to understand that beauty comes in many forms, at many levels and that people have their own unique and personal "take" on themselves, others and life in general. I also know that these differences are valuable and to be treated with respect. When I take pictures, I try to make the picture be about the subject and allow their beauty to shine through. I ensure that the process of capturing the image is unobtrusive, relaxed and candid. |

Weddings and Civil Partnerships are really special as most of us only hope to do this once! A couple plan their nuptials well in advance. We try to co-ordinate the meeting of many family members, friends and loved ones on a single day. When that day arrives, we try to make it last as long as possible and hope that we remember it forever. This is why we try to capture every moment in photographs. Like every other aspect of the planning, to ensure that the images capture what you want to remember, the photographic process start long before the ceremony begins.
More often than not, within seconds of meeting a couple, I just know that I am going to be working with them. We have to like each other because to get the pictures they want, oftentimes, we have to become intimate! A couple has to really trust their photographer and just know that they won't be compromised in any way but will still get images that are frank, revealing, truthful but most important of all, beautiful. |

I always visits the venue, generally on more than one occasion before the big day. I make it my business to get to know the venue coordinator, so that our aspirations for the photography will not be compromised by restrictions or protocol at the venue in question. I also establish the most suitable locations at the venue that will provide the best backdrops for our planned shots in the event of rain as well as shine. The great British weather is so unpredictable that no matter when the big day occurs, we are prepared.
With the planning over, the day starts. I find that the best way to ensure success is to simply have fun and make people relax. People want to celebrate the coming together of two people who love each other and who are loved by their friends, family and guests. So, we have a venue just bursting with love and happiness and it's my job to capture those feelings for the sake of posterity. I try to take images that are complementary and bring out the best in each partner. This is often only possible because of the relationship and understanding that is established leading up to the ceremony. I can't emphasize enough that I understand the magnitude and importance of your special day and that you and your partner are my sole-concern and top priority until you are safely in receipt of your images.”
