Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions of this contract are binding and are covered by English law. The services of Pink Weddings will commence on receipt of payment.

All details regarding dates and confirmation of services must be received in writing simply to avoid any misunderstanding.

Responsibility will not be taken for services, which have not been arranged by Pink Weddings.

Cancellations

If the client wishes to cancel their ceremony arrangements please ensure this is sent in writing by recorded delivery or by e mail and not by fax. address details below. The cancellation is not effective until Pink Weddings receives such confirmation.

All relevant cancellation charges will apply from bookings made with our partners which have created your day. These will be advised at the time of cancellation.

Package Prices

All of Pink Weddings' packages are tailor-made; therefore all the prices relevant to the client’s specific request will be confirmed in writing at every point.

Please note that occasionally we must increase prices due to a variation in price, change of supplier, transport costs, change in itinerary, distances and other circumstances, which can come about due to the periods of time which can elapse between booking and the ceremony. Pink Weddings reserves the right to revise all prices should this prove necessary. We will try to provide the client with these details as soon as we are informed of them.

Booking Amendments

If the client wishes to make any changes to the arrangements we will do our best to help. Pink Weddings charge an “Amendment Fee” for each person named on the Wedding booking and for each detail on the wedding changed. If the client makes a change more than 42 days before the Wedding, the fee will be GBP £20 per person or change, if the change is within 42 days of the Wedding, the amendment fee will be GBP £35 per person or change.

Third Party Services

Pink Weddings carefully selects suppliers and services based on the clients' requirements. Best efforts are made to ensure these services and products are appropriate and satisfactorily delivered, however, all responsibility for these services and products lies with the supplier. Pink Weddings will provide details of third party services and applicable terms and conditions.
