Ceremony and Celebrations

The Renaissance Reading Hotel has two suites licensed to hold Civil Partnership Ceremonies, accommodating up to 220 guests.

The Thames Valley Suite
Our largest Suite which can be divided into three equal sections making it very flexible. The Thames Valley Suite as a whole can accommodate up to 160 guests for a sit down meal and 220 for an evening reception. The room is fully air-conditioned and has its own private foyer area, bar and cloakroom.

The Renaissance Suite
Can accommodate up to 90 Guests for a sit down meal and 120 for an Evening reception. The room is fully air-conditioned and has a private bar and cloakroom in the suite.
